comparing these 2 camcorders

im looking for a camera thats not incredibly expensive, but not a piece of junk. i am planning on using my computer to do video editing (pinnacle 9 plus) and i am going to be making a street racing dvd so the camera wil have to be able to take good footage. i found these cameras and im wondering which is the best deal. or if there is a beter one, let me no.
