  1. Hello I hope I am posting on the right forum. Here is what I am needing help with. I have some dvd's that I got and they are big enough to fit on one dvd disc but there around 4.3 and 4.2 but I like to have them around 3.8GB or so cause most of my dvd players have problems with playing media that is bigger then 4.0 GB and I know people know what I am talking about. I do use high quality media like Taiyo Uden and Ritek DVD-R for my projects and I have tested time and time again different media and stuff but I like to stay under the 4.0 GB mark just to be safe. Ok here is the problem with dvd shrink I have a file size of 4.3 and I tried to shrink it down to 3.8GB using the settings of shrinking it and it still came out the same size of 4.3 after it did the Transcoding wich took over 42 minutes since I used Deep Analaysis. Is there something i am doing wrong with dvd shrink here and should it still shrink it anyways if I wanted it too even though its alredy the size it is? I have went to doom9 and could not find anything on it. Any help would be appreciated.
    Thanks

Did you change to a custom size? under Edit->Preferences and select custom and lower to around 4000MB.
