    What do you mean? Do you have AC3 audio, and want to create a regular Audio CD with your AC3 files as source material, or do you want to create some kind of CD with AC3 audio?

    I have audio ac3 and i want to create audio cd with my ac3 files as source material.
    SORRY. My mistake. I didnt understand you. I want to create some kind cd with AC3 audio. SORRY once again.

    Just decode ac3 to wav (headac3he), and proceed as usual (Even Nero can't fail! )
