No, don't do that! We want less wma content out there, not more!!!
I like systems, their application excepted. (George Sand, translated from French), "J'aime beaucoup les systèmes, le cas d'application excepté."

    eeeh,
    sorry Bernie.
The only way I know how to do this is on a PC,
to go mp3 to WMA. Why not just go Mp3 to WAV?
surely, your PC friend can use that?

Eh? There several programs that can do this... I'd suggest a search, but - just off the top of my head the Flip4Mac QT export component is one of them (drop mp3 into QT Player, export as WMA9). SoundConverter can probably do it as well. (Only listing inexpensive options).

PS SoundConverter is free for input files under 500KB, so trim your MP3 before converting.

I only have a P800, not the P900, but as far as I know P800Manager can only convert mp3s to wav. (The app rocks for sharing your Mac's internet to your phone via bluetooth though!) Besides, I'm pretty sure that no SonyEriccson phone plays WMAs.

well since Bernie's asking about the iPaq, and not a Sony Erriccson phone, if he can get his Mp3 to WAV format
which he should be able to do for
    free,
then he should have no trouble.
