Joining more VOB Files in one DVD... is it possible?

Hi GuyS! I wnat to begin this 3D with a short intro: my English isn't very good!

So, I've many short VOB files, such as trailers of movie, trailers of sound systems, etc.

I'd like to make an unique DVD with these VOB Files, so my problem is:
1. How can do that if not all files are on PAL? Some of these movies are in NTSC: can I make a DVD with multi-standard? I mean, some VTS are on PAL and other ones are on NTSC...



Please, help me!!! I've try to convert this movie from a standard to another one, but the result is not very good as the original quality...

It's a "wonderful" enigma, isn't it???
