something's wrong!help!

hi! i have a video which has two parts,part 1 and part 2... i demuxed the video,audio and subs from both the parts.. when i put the first part into TMPGEnc, the subs fell in automatically... everything went well... i did the same thing to part 2, but the subs dont appear! i tried almost all the methods in videohelp but it still didnt work... how is it like this?

btw,im using vobsob for the subtitles and my video is in .mkv form, which i changed to .avi..and my subs are in .srt form...

plz someone help me! im new at all this! thanks!!
