I have a dvd I'm backing up and would like to replace the languages menu with a picture I created with paintshop pro.
It basically is a picture saying the menu has been removed and I have a main menu text at the bottom that I would like to use to get back to the main menu (make it a button).
Is there a way to do this with freeware?
I know I can use dvdshrink and replace it but you would have to hit the menu botton to get back since it would stay there until you do with no main menu button. That would be confusing if someone borrowed it(the reason for backups!!) and couldn't get back to the main menu. Plus dvdshrink uses the same picture for all "items" you replace. At least in the same vts menu. I tried to use one for the languages and a different one for the special features and it kept switching the other one. And I don't want to have to do it and encode it for each picture I replace!! Too much time involved for me to do it that way!!
I have been looking at buying DVDRemake but have been able to do everything with various free programs. I'm not against buying programs as long as they do what I want! I think I'll buy it or maybe just menuedit instead.
I've been using vobblanker, dvdshrink, dvddecrypter, and menuedit free for everything so far.
Any suggestions would be helpful! For a dvd-illiterate mind you!!
Thanks!
