I got an email saying I couldn't have 1meg due to my line not being good enough even though it's not that far from the exchange . They have dropped my price though seeing as I couldn't get the 'free' upgrade

I haven't been using the internet that much in recent times but I just noticed something today when downloading a 3mb pdf file that took seconds. It looks like I get 1meg no problem 8). I wonder how long this will be for or maybe they are just doing tests? I have noticed a couple of my AOL friends 512k connections are also 1meg and was rather jealous but not any more hopefully

that looks like a 2meg connection to me 8) 8). I've had to change DUMeter to a 2meg setting to show the extra speed info
