    Here is my question..
I did a short clip in Premiere Pro(about 1min.).In the end of the clip I'll have menu buttons fade in.
Can I do something like that in DVD Lab.Or I have to use just still images??

  3. You can use anything on a menu as a link/button, by using a hotspot over it, or an invisible frame, or invisible shape of any sort.
Turn off the mapping colors (sliders all the way left, if you want it invisible completely.

You can use a motion menu with delayed buttons in DVD-Lab. The only problem, is that the activating buttons won't be visable until selected when using a video for background.

You can use the motion menu you created in premiere. Import it into DVD-Lab as menu. You can use objects in dvd-lab (such as arrows) to point to the buttons you created. You can set them to become active when your buttons fade in. You can also set it up to loop begining when the buttons are visible. I've done a few of these and it works quite nicely, though it takes a little more effort to make them.

This is available in DVD LabPro, but I don't think you can do it in DVD Lab

Correct. To do this in DVD Lab (standard, not pro) you need to have two clips and carefully positioned transition to hide the break between them.
