  1. Hey I got and epson r300 and b4 I print on these dvd's I was wondering if anybody knew the dimensions for the inner circe and outer circle of the disc for a printable hub dvd? Also I've read you're supposed to let them dry for 24 - 48 hours.....Is this true? Thanks

  2. Actualy it varries between brands. The standard it initial set for covers almost any printable disk.

    Air dry would not hurt.

  3. Inner is 24mm Outer is 117mm for a hub printable DVD.

As for waiting 24 hours. No you do not need to as long as they are inkjet hub printable. They tell you that to CYA in case you are printing to none hub printable.
There is nothing illegal, until you get caught!

For Ritek G05 hub-printables I use 21mm inner & 119mm outer. For Ritek G04/G05 non-nub printables I use 42mm inner & 119mm outer. If you use the cd/dvd setting they will come out of the printer 'touch dry'. For nice dense blacks & richer colours use the 'photo quality inkjet paper' setting. They will come out of the printer slightly damp, and you will need to run your fingertip (or a cloth) around the outside edge of the discs to remove the excess ink, then leave to dry for 10mins.
