Should there be "blocks" in my VCD's. Its like little squares on the screen, its mainly when theres a lot of movement, or when there is a picture of a lake or trees. My source isnt that good, and it doesnt even have any audio. Just wondering if there is any way to fix this.

depends on what your method of encoding is. try increasing the bitrate and use filters.....if the video is that bad then don't expect much more from it, but you can reduce the blocks..........

im TMPGENC, chang the Motion Search Precision to HIGH or HIGHEST quality. however, like they say, garbage in, garbage out.
