  1. I have a problem and after googling for a couple of hours with no luck I will try here. I have found similar problems, but no solutions that work for me. You guys are always helpful.

Neither Internet Explorer or Firefox will let me access any of the SprintPCS web pages past the welcome page. (Actually, occasionally I can get one link to work, but not often. IE has done this to me for a while, so last night I downloaded Firefox to see if that would help. It doesn't. This is the only web site I have trouble with! IE gives me the standard "page not found" page, while Firefox says "no data on this page."

I use Norton Internet Security and Antivirus, and Ad-Aware for Spyware detection. Also using Windows XP SP2.

    Any ideas?

  5. No, but my husband's laptop goes through the same router, and I don't have the problem on his machine. So I don't think that is it.

in IE , go to the options and TEMP turn security to low -- and see if it works ..

that way you can at least narrow the problem down ..

  7. Tried that, already, as well. I have also cleared my cookies and my cache. Nothing seems to help. It is a frustrating mystery! Occasionally I will be able to get through a link or two, but then it stops. I think something in the security settings somewhere makes it time out. But it only happens on this one web site.
