When ripping dvd no audio in my vob playback

I ripped my dvd and converted it in dvd to avi and there is no Wav file is there something I can do to correct this?

hrm...your question is quite confusing..i'll address all the possible questions u r asking..

if you try to play the vobs directly w/ winDVD or powerDVD, there may not be audio..or audio may not be in english (i.e. french...or even just director commentary)..if this is what you mean...then it's OK because sometimes that happens but when you save .d2v project file in dvd2avi..u will still get english audio

if you save .d2v project file in dvd2avi and all you get is the project file and no .wav audio file, it is because you selected the wrong track (dvd2avi->audio->track number->2)...if track 2 has no audio or the wrong audio you want, then repeat with another track...make sure you save project, not save .avi
