Creating SVCD Chapters With VCDEasy

This assumes a MPG2 file converted with TMPGEnc.

My problem is creating chapters with VCDEasy. When I create chapters every 3 minutes or every 2000 frames, or at any other interval, they do not work. Whenever I hit the next chapter button on my Apex 5131 standalone, the SVCD resets to the load screen. I have tried it with the relax APX constraints box in VCDEasy checked and unchecked. I have also tried TMPGEnc options "Output Bitstream for Edit" and "Force Picture Type Editing" without any success.

Is there something I might be doing wrong in VCDEasy, or another program that will allow me to create chapters?

Have the same problem.
Try to check use playback control under options.
