DVDlab Pro auido dragging behind

im new to the world of DVD authoring and menu making.

Im currently using DVD lab Pro, and I have made a dvd with menus and everything is where I want them.

problem is with the audio. First time I tried to demultipliexed the source VOBs as the software recomended.

it compiled successfully and the menus and everything worked as they should, however the audio was dragging behind the video. I noticed that there was an audio delay option in the software, but it the audio is behind the video, so delaying it more would be no good.

The second time I tried, I didnt demultiplex the files, and left them as raw VOBs. Doing this format the compilation stops at about 60% and says that I should demultiplex the files.

Im making a compilation of my favorite scenes from several movies to demo on my new home theater, and the source VOBs come from DVDshrink in reauthor mode. When i olayback the source VOBs the audio is perfectly in sync, so I know the problem is not on the DVDshrink side of the process but rather affliated with the demultiplexing of DVDlab PRO.

What do I need to do to get my audio in sync??

Did you try using positive and negative numbers for the delay (to move the audio in the direction you need)

Yep - you can add a negative delay to start the audio earlier.

Yes, you can do + or - delay, but I would say you should check your capturing-encoding process. There shouldn't be any non-standard delay in correctly encoded mpeg2 files.

well I was able to fix the problem by simply not de-multiplexing the vobs. They play perfectly now, I dont see why DVDlab takes anything that it demultiplexes and created out of sync, maybe it has something to do with what they "cut", and im sure that whys the have and audio delay.

I do have another problem, that I temporarily remedied by not adding it to the disc.

DTS was out of snyc. First I added it as VOB and choice not to demultiplex it. This yeilded no audio at all on the DTS chapters. I then de-multiplexed it in DVD Lab, and then the audio worked, but out of sync. I then de-multiplexed it in DVD Decrypter, and again audio out of sync, DVDlab cannot delay DTS audio, so Im at a loss for how to correct this problem. Ive done searches here, and its seems there is no true solution
