Is there a progy that monitors windows registry?

I'm trying to find a program that monitors the registry in windows and makes a log of all the changes or alerts you of any changes in the registy. I tried searching download.com but was unable to find anything. Does anyone know of a program that does this. It dosn't matter if it's free or not.

I use Registry Mechanic....

Spybot Search & Destroy with TeaTimer monitors the registry. Always pops up and asks me if I want to allow a change.

I also use CPR Suite/Configsafe...it can generate a report. This program came with my old IBM Aptiva computer and proved itself to me...a computer dummy(sort of).

Ad-Aware also has a monitoring program named Ad-Watch which pops up if there is a program trying to change the registry.

Jeez, was that annoying! Wouldn't recommend anyone that you can't do anything without it asking you something!
