I'm running the Windows Media Player for Windows 98se. After I've been using my computer for a while (run some browsers, watch some movies, etc), my system resources drops to about 60-70%. When I run a divx or even a smaller avi file, Media Player opens it, but it's really, really chunky, as if it's about to crash. What's wrong with it?
I've even tried closing all my open programs. The resources don't go up, but the Media Player is still chunky. After I reboot my computer, everything's fine.
My computer specs are:
P3 700mHz
256MB RAM
20 gig hard drive
32MB video card
Windows 98se
And like I said, I've got the older Media Player. It says version 6.4.07.1112
Thanks to anyone who can help.
