  1. Hi everyone:

    Iīm trying to install Motin in my Power G5, and when the program check my system tell me that my grapic card dosenīt match with the requeriments, this like me odd because my video card is a ATY,RV350 (is like a ATI Radeon 9600 pro or XT), and is in the list.

    Somebody knows what it happens?, please help me I be thankfull.

    My suggestion would be to call apple.

    Where are you located and is there an way for you to call them?

    Perhaps you can use Apple's Motion Support Forum for more info and help

  3. yes I did, and they don't know.

    just I get clear myself that is a hardware cionfiguration problem, because my graphic card is not the original and is not match with the list of intallation.

    But I'm waiting my new Dual G5 2.5ghz, with a Nvidia 6800. and there is sure it works.

    Most likely since it is not a factory card, but one you installed yourself,
    there is most likely missing drivers or ktext that would correctly fix the problem.

    That or either the ROM is not properly configured or needs to be flashed.
    Video cards do have ROM revisions, could be yours is too old for motion.
