  1. I converted a divX to a DVD, and for some reason this particular one is giving me this error: "Please check your TV system". tried this on a widescreen HDTV and a regular letterbox with 2 different dvd players. works fine on my computer though

Can someone tell me what is wrong with this particular one?

    Thanks

  3. I hope not. I used WinAvi to transfer from Divx to DVD. Maybe I did something wrong in the process, but I'm pretty sure I didn't change any settings, and I have been using this program for a while now.

    I'll look into it though

Is that what this errors implys though? Any other suggestions?

    Thanks!

  4. I would think with that Message ,It could be Pal.
Take a sceen shot with Gspot and post it, Of the Divx file, that might be the problem it was Pal and it was encoded to Pal DVD.

Thanks for the reply. I checked WinAVI and it was set to Auto. So if it was PAL it probably converted it to PAL. I will set it on NTSC and see what happens
