  1. I can do it with a PNG Image just not with a TIFF Image.


    Anyone know why? I know it dosent work with PSD Files, But the help File says it does with TIFF and PNG.

    I use DVD-A alot, but I don't know what it is you're trying to do. If it has to do with custom buttons or anything like that, I don't know b/c I use the stock graphics...

  3. If you drag a PNG Image with an ALPHA on the menu it will show the transparency ,Just cant get it to with a TIFF Image.

    canadateck,

    First, if it works with PNG, why do you want to use TIF?

    Second, TIFF format doesn't have Alpha channel transparency, PNG does.

    Third, my DVDA 2.0b doesn't even allow me to insert TIFF image into the menu or use it as background image for the menu. It expects QT 6 movie with TIF extention.

    I just read that to use .Tif you must have QuickTime installed. But still no transparency , Not sure where I read it,Just looked through the help files and thats what I came up with.
