MAME is a command-line program.
Not point-click Windowsware.
I believe WinKawaks may work for you (CPS, NeoGeo).
WinMAME I think is the other one.

it looks like he has no ROMS -- of if he does, it should be "name "name of game" [options] in the command prompt -- as it shows clearly

hes trying to run the command line version.. there is a mame32 on the mame site.. jsut need to get that.. also he needs to point it to the proper dirs. IE rom art etc.. best get the mame32 exe first..

The roms are in my roms folder. In my experience, the roms are opened from the emulator. That is what I'm having problems opening

if you run that version of mame i posted.. put all roms in the rom dir..leave zipped then goto settigns and point the dirs to their proper places all will be fine.. if you run the audit all roms under the file hedder it will locate all working roms and non/broken roms for you also.
