Guys, I'm trying to run the mame emulator, but when ever I open the mame.exe file, this pops up

So I open a command prompt window and navigate to the file and this happens

    What am I doing wrong?

    MAME is a command-line program.
    Not point-click Windowsware.

I believe WinKawaks may work for you (CPS, NeoGeo).
WinMAME I think is the other one.

    Read some emulation sites.

it looks like he has no ROMS -- of if he does, it should be "name "name of game" [options] in the command prompt -- as it shows clearly

The roms are in my roms folder. In my experience, the roms are opened from the emulator. That is what I'm having problems opening
