"Your current security settings prohibit running Active X controls on this page. As a result, this page may not display correctly."

"An ActiveX control on this page is not safe. Your current security settings prohibit running unsafe controls on this page. As a result, this page may not display as intended."
    Cause:
One or more ActiveX preferences is incorrectly set to "Disable" in your browser's security settings.
    Solution:
Enable ActiveX. In Internet Explorer 5.5 and above:
From the Tools pull-down menu, choose Internet Options.

Click on the Security Tab, then click on Custom Level.

Insure that "Run ActiveX controls and plug-ins" and "Script Active X controls marked Safe for Scripting" are both set to "Enable."

Click OK to exit Security Settings. If you get a warning message that asks "Are you sure you want to change the security settings for this zone?", click Yes.

Click OK to exit Internet Options.
