how can i extract only the audio channels out of a vob?

With ReJig it's a very simple task to demux the audio out of 1-many VOBs. imToo DVD Audio Ripper is also pretty slick if you want to encode the audio to some other format (like ripping the audio from a music DVD Video to put on a audio CD or to MP3).

i just extract the wrong audio whithin the mpeg2 so instead of reextract it all i want only the right audio channel

I think you'll find it easier to back up and do it right from the start, than demuxing the video from the mpeg, extracting the correct audio from the VOB, then muxing m2v + mp2 back together again...

VobEdit can do extract sub streams (IIRC).
