  1. Hi
i was converting a home video on VHS to MPG2. I got about 2 hours through when suddenly a buzzing noise atarted. I dont know how to describe it but it was a deep, but not throaty buzzing noise, if you know what i mean. However, my question, how do get rid of this noise?

My hollywood dazzle does the same..Unfortunately, I must capture it again, there's no way it can be removed from the signal afterwerds.
I am using Premiere just for capture on this machine now so I can hear
if the sound goes bad during the capture as Premiere makes the problem audible when it happens.
Its always initially triggered by a dropout in the original source of huge proportions, so I've found winding back and forth before capping can avoid some of this.
I don't know If your sound problem is the same ..Mine is sort of like a CD search sound but not as staccatto
