  1. Hi there! (Hope this is the right forum to ask this):

there's a divx file that I'm trying to convert to mpeg2 using tmpgenc and it just keep saying at the begginning and ending of the encoding: "nothing to bserv. Decoder lag" on the preview window. But it encodes anyway. But sometimes it leaves the message encoded in the beg. or end of the movie file.

    So.........what's wrong? Any tips?

thanx a lot for any info!

  5. ok, got the message! But I didnt find the specific 4 cc changer. Instead I got AVI FourCC Changer (or maybe it's this one u meant?) anyway, I've tried to change on the software: used codec: xvid / codec description: divx

I just wrote the codecs, since the preset alternatives were strange to me, like MPG41 or something...

but nothing worked. still the same message on tmpgenc.

    Whats going wrong? thanx!

If you installed the newest xvid codec the nics 4 cc changer would be in your start menu, what you can do also in tmpgenc is goto settings/advanced/source range and adjust to cut out those messages.

  7. try changing the directshow priority in TMPGEnc to highest level i.e. till it reaches the top of the list. Then try to encode. It should work. It has for me once.
