  2. did you do the drivers like they said, i use the tv wonder ve without problems.

    but some suff to think about,

    DOnt use any other program that does video (virtual dub, iuvcr etc.)
    once i use anything else mmc wont initialize, if nothing else try and move the card to a different pci slot and reinstalling everything.

    Id bet the drivers though

  3. 7.2 drivers are XP specific and are at http://support.ati.com

    (No dvd player included though)

    True, BUT:

    Do NOT use it for:
    ATI TV WONDER
    TV WONDER VE
    TV WONDER USB Edition
    Older ATI-TV tuners that attach to the graphics board with a ribbon cable.

    you can use either 7.2 or 7.5 with pretty much any ati capture card under xp, you have to change one setting in the install.ini file to make it work.

    here is how to make it work and the thread where I found it:
    http://www.rage3d.com/board/showthread.php?s=84f9ed7d299398a9f26d472e4c9f9c83&threadid...0&pagenumber=1

    Extract MMCDVD7 to directory, open up the Install.ini you should see this

    -------------------------------------begin--------------------------------

    [Startup]
    InstallTVPlayer=1
    InstallGallery=1
    InstallCD=1
    InstallVCD=1
    InstallDVD=1
    InstallPCCheck=1
    InstallLpad=1
    InstallFPlayer=1

    InstallDX = 0
    InstallDXM = 0
    ComponentsDlg = 1
    CDBuild= 1
    DetectHW =1

    DEFPATH=C:\Program Files\ATI Multimedia
    LinkToDoc=0
    Company= ATI
    ShowComponents = 1
    cdinfo= 7.5.0.0 cd35
    EnableLogging = 0

    uidk=76275358-c154-11d5-8d5a-00105a22d3d2
    ---------------------------------------------END------------------------------------------

    Pay attention to the BOLD "DetectHW", set this to 0
    DetectHW =0

    NOW run the install process !!!!

    When complete reboot and Viola !!!
