How are you getting your TV?

    Rabbit ears?
    Roof ant?
    Cable?
    Sat?

Is there a box with ins and outs ?

In your pc software program, there should be an option to select source
antena will only give broadcat channels
    catv will give extra channels
if on digital or sattelite you can only get channel that is showing on tv/vcr that is selected via cable box decoder

  6. Cable channels 14-99 are not the same as UHF. Your VCR should have a setting for the upper channels -- a switch between UHF and Cable. Then you don't need the UHF splitter.
