    It's an odd project but if you're familiar with the opening scene of the Matrix Reloaded, I'd like to replace Trinity's head with my Mom's. I was thinking I could just do a still shot when she takes her helmet off and put in a still shot of my mom but it might be cool to have a "live" shot. Can I drop in a moving head in place of another person's?

    Thanks for any help and I do have Vegas 5 at my disposal

    Yes, you can do this with bezier masking and track motion/compositing in Vegas 5 but if the head moves a lot it can be quite time-consuming!

    Sure, You can use a chromakey and Studio 9 plus to accomplish this fairly easy.

    I don't care what kit you have, this sort of replacement is not easy to do and look convincing.
