Well, as seen here: https://www.videohelp.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=258722 I'm going to have to start from scratch. Reinstall all my programs. That's going to be fun. Hope I haven't lost any of the serials. I really should have opened up that Norton Ghost package.

What kind of a man are you? The guy is unconscious in a coma and you don't have the guts to kiss his girlfriend?

Good luck! Personally, I find the whole format, clean install process kind of fun... in a masochistic sort of way. I feel like I am giving my PC a fresh start. The only bad part is having to call stupid Microsoft in India and ask them to re-activate my XP Home cause the online activation says I activated too many time.

I'm about to do a clean re-install myself. I'll probably use a new C: drive, that way I'll have my old C: drive to get me by while I'm doing the re-install (it usually takes a few weeks to get things installed and tweaked.) The only down side is swapping out the hard drives from time to time. While time consuming, it's always a good learning experience 'cause I always learn something new.
