There are 2 different ritek i found on meritline that are printable, whats the difference?

printable, usually white matte, will accept an inkjet print on its surface.

Regular printables usually have about a 43mm inner diameter unprintable area...
whereas hub printables have about a 22mm diameter inner unprintable area.
