hi,
i was downloading a quicktime movie from a friend, and the file transfer was aborted before it was done. i managed to get 6.5mb out of around 40. the file won't play in any media player ("failed to render file"). is there any way to salvage it (i mean, to save some of the 6.5mb that i do have to a playable movie)? the movie has sentimental value to me, and the friend from whom i downloaded it deleted it.
thank you.

I do believe QT is one of the formats that will not play without the file being complete.
