I have been capturing my home analogue video for 2 years now and converting to SVCD and DVD with great results. However, I changed my graphics card a couple of months ago and now have major problems!
I use Windows 2000 pro, 1.3 MHz processor, Jetway TV capture card, 512MB RAM and my sole change is from a 32MB NVidea 200 MX to a 128MB Radeon 9550 card.
I always capture video using Virtualdub with Huffy as my favourite video compression tool. At present I can still capture but only without any compression. If I use lagarith or Huffy (or any other compression for that fact) virtualdub captures 2 frames and stops.
Anyone got any ideas out there? I am even contemplating putting back my old graphics card.
I have tried the BT878 Cap update but cannot seem to get it to work with my card.
Suggestions gratefully received.
