I just recently bought the 123CopyDVD and already i am having problems with it. It doesn't reconize my dvd burner. I followed the instructions that the help page told me to do, and still nothing. I was hoping that someone has and idea of how to fix this problem. Is there a seperate burning application that will work (everytime) with this software? My burner is a Generic DVD RW 4X, CDR, CD-W, DVD-RW, DVD+RW 40X, 24X. Sorry that i can't provide you with more information, but that is all that i have. I think that the recorder is from I/O Magic..... but i am not sure and don't want to take a chance on messing it up. If anyone can help me, i would greatly appreciate it. Thank you
