    stays up to date
    fairly simple to use
    moderate price range
    good quality back-ups

    DVD Decrypter -> DVD Shrink -> DVD Decrypter if the % isn't too high

    DVD Decrypter -> DVD Rebuilder if % is getting up to the 75% or higher mark (i.e. you need to shrink by 25% or more)
