I live in California and have ordered from Mertline and Supermediastore without any problems. (I haven't ordered from Rima yet.) Like any company, people say good things and bad about all of them.

im not trying to say anything bout their service, i wanna see if anyone actually was defrauded by them, i know their good and bad on all companies, i just wanna really know if they exist...holla back

I ordered from them without any problems. I live in arkansas. The only problem I had was slow shipping. I ordered something that had a rebate and they didnt ship till almost 2 days before the rebate expired.

they seem to doing very good with this discussion board. i live in the bahamas, so when these things come to me i need to clear customs, do they send receipts in the orders, or just packing slips, stupid question to most of you, but this is another barrier for me...holla back

Meritline sends you a return sheet with the RMA already given to you (supermedia you have to call/email to get this number). I used rima twice orders were real slow, so I changed suppliers. After using mertline several times, i highly recommend them...

They are the only ones I have orderd media from. They do have great deals, and I have never had any problems with them.

I've placed several orders with Meritline. The free ground shipping is nice, but slow as hell if you're on the east coast. Great prices, as long as you don't have a problem.....If you have a problem and have to contact them, be prepared for the following:
- When contacting them by phone, be prepared to become friendly with on-hold music and the operator.
Leaving multiple messages for a customer service/RMA person....(don't break any plans waiting for a return call)
It will help if you understand a Korean (?) dialect, if you eventually get to speak to someone.

Does anyone know of a way to email Meritline for pre-sale questions? I am desperately trying to find out if they still have any non-hub printable white TY in stock; but I can't seem to find an email address for pre-sale inquiries.
Thanks in advance,
Spiffy
