  1. I am trying to figure this program out and i burned a DVD using a encoder CCE SP 2.5 but it looks like it is the trial version and it has a blue logo for it on the movie i burned in the right hand corner. Is there any way to get rid of this or is it just standard because it is the trial version of the program?

you need to install ECLECC into your CCE folder. when installing ECLECC it will ask for the CCE exe file, just direct it to where you have it installed at then run ECLECC. download ECLECC from the DVD REBUILDER FORUM at dooms9.org. you need that since you're using the trial version of CCE.

install the ECLCCE into the CCE folder. while installing it, it will ask you to direct it to the CCE exe file. after that double click on the ECLCCE which will open up the CCE program then just exit out. Here's a link to installing DVDRB. good luck!

  6. Actually there is one thing i did not do and maybe you could tell me if this was importand, I did not have the files for the ECLCCE program in the same folder as the CCE, but i did find the CCE exe file and did that part correctly. Only thing i did different was i didn't have it in the same folder as the CCE.

I use the trial version of CCE and I don't get any blue advertisement on my movies. When you unzip ECLCCE install it into the CCE FOLDER! I suggest you try posting your problem at the DVDRB FORUM. You're probably not installing ECLCCE correctly. Did you "DOUBLE CLICK ON ECLCCE ICON"? You have to run ECLCCE because you're using the trial version. That's probably why you're getting the blue advertisement.

    yes... buy the program.
Now if you can't afford $2000 for SP, you can get the CCE Basic version for $58- and this works very well.

  11. If you are using a trial version of CCE, there will be a blue logo. Period.

You cannot get rid of that by any legal means.

THE TRIAL VERSION WILL ALWAYS HAVE THE BLUE LOGO.

ECLCCE WILL NOT REMOVE THE BLUE LOGO.

TO GET RID OF THE BLUE LOGO, BUY THE PROGRAM.

If it were me and I was choosing between QuEnc and CCE Basic, I'd spend the 58 bucks and go with CCE. (which I did, and have been very very pleased )

Spend the money, you will be VERY pleased with the quality and speed of CCE. Unless you are very discriminating you won't notice any difference between the backup and the original. With the alternate encoders/transcoders you'll have to sacrifice speed or quality, or even both. QuEnc isn't a bad proggy but it still has a way to go.

Can someone tell me where to find a guide which will walk me thruogh, step by step, on how to use CCE with DVDRebuilder? Thank you very much for your help. I have always used DVDShrink with Decrypter for all my backups but you guys have got my attention with the aforementioned combo..
    Thank You,

I had the same decision to make. On one movie I backed up both programs produced the same qaulity (as far as I could tell). However, QuEnc took 500-minutes (8-hours, 20-minutes) to encode and CCE-Basic took 100-minutes (1-hour, 40-minutes). My opinion, if you're going to be using DVDRebuilder with an encoder, spend the $58 to get CCE-Basic ... It's worth it. Also, as a long time fan of TMPGEnc Plus, I'm now a convert to CCE-Basic.

Yes ... piece of cake ... easy to setup ... just go to http://www.doom9.org/ and find the guide for DVDRebuilder using CCE.
