  1. DVDLab Pro seems to have problem reading the mpeg2 I converted using TMPEGEnc, the errors are either framerate or ratio, how do I convert a video so that DVDLab Pro can read it?

Over to your left is a menu. At the top is a section marked WHAT IS, and under that DVD. Click on that and it will tell you what aspect ratio, framerates and resolutions are permissible in the DVD spec. Make sure you mpeg-2 files comply with this, and all should be sweet.

  3. Demux your file using tmpgenc's tools.
Transcode audio to 48khz AC3 in ffmpeggui.
Import the m2v and AC3 into dvdlab.
