if you read the reviews at versiontracker.com, you will find a direct link.
don't use a browser, but try Monica instead. you can download the update without a login at Roxio.

ROXIO Germany has confirmed problems that if you try to download the file using a non-US Browser or Mac OS X you are stuck in a loop with their links. They gave me a working link by phone.

i had no problems at all using safari with os x and i was getting the update right when it came out

As reported in German forums, it seemed to have worked right after being issued. Problems arose later for non-US customers.

Joachim - problem is now fixed for non-US customers. People outside of US are able to download the updated from Roxio's web site.
