Will be posting scans of how these burn on my NEC 3500, and a NEC 2500. Will do DVDInfo, CDSpeed, and KProbe (Using an 832S).
These are on sale right now for $7.95 per 25. They are not advertised, nor packaged as printable, but they are indeed white inkjet printable. I've never seen a price like this for printable media... Had O.K. luck with CMC +R in the past..(While CMC -R has been completely craptastic for me).
Scans soon.

Wow...just a note...(Running K-Probe now..)
Just printed one of these discs.
One word: "Woah!"
These easily have one of, if not *THE* best printing quality surface I've ever used, and I've used quite a bit of printable media. Awesome!:star: :star: :star: :star:

Hmm...seems to be an odd spike. will watch this to see if it skips a bit later where the spike is. Also will do another burn, and re-scan it, and post back with the results, to see if it spikes in the same spot, or at all.

Are these the matte printables or the smooth ones like Prodisc?
-
These feel rough to the touch..not smooth like Prodisc.

Great scan minus the one spike, although that's a pretty minor spike in reality. PI 20 PIF 7 is far from being a problem area, just not as pretty as could be :P
-
YEH, A little rough to the touch, def. unlike prodiscs. Wish they were hubbies, but still a nice surprise to get these. Bizzare how tdk didnt package these as inkjet printables, seems they were put together kinda helter skelter as the 25 pack looks like it normaly hold maybe 30 to 35 or so.
-
Yeah...mine had two of the little foam things on the top, not the usual one. Opening a -R pack in a minute to see if it has 2 as well, or just one.

Heh! The -R, are printable as well. Will post media ID as soon as my current burn is done.
The -R had no little foam thigns on the top, and the spindle appears completely full.
Edit: The DVD-R are TTG02. Will start a seperate thread soon with scans from these discs.:star: :star: :star: :star:

Jaxx...I'll scan both the +R and -R. Give me one sec.
I'll post the scans.
Yours have a white hub? That's odd...the hubs on both of mine are branded, and clear, heh.

yeah, mine have the TDK mark and DVD+R below, but the hub is clear, its just hard to see that since the scan background is white as well .

Here's another KProbe burned at 8x. Looks like the spike in the first was just a random thing.
Here it is.

I bought out an entire store of DVD-R. So far, all has looked good, scanned well.

Here's a couple of scans, Teon branded CMC E01. BTW, Benq tests PIF differently than Liteon drives, a PIF spike of 16 on a Benq is essentially an equal to a spike of 4 on a Liteon. It should be pointed out so people don't judge the PIF to be high.
This was an 8x burn on my Benq 822 (B3IC):
This is an 8x burn on my NEC 2500 (1.07v2b5), burned and scanned just a few minutes ago :P :
Very good discs, never a coaster as usual with my CMC discs, despite some claims of 'garbage landfill material with greater than 50% coasters' -
Heh....all the DVD-R (Speaking of CMC, not the TDK TTG01's), I've ever burned have been coasters passed the 3.5gb mark. i'm pretty fond of the +R CMC, but -R, i avoid like the plague.
And Smurf, I bought 600 -R, and 150 +R of the TDK's today.Figured I'd stock up while the in-store prices were actually cheaper than the internet prices, heh.

KProbe@12x
Couple of spikes, but I checked playback, in a cheap DVD player, and my PS2. It plays flawlessly. However, I wouldnt trust a 12x burn with this scan on a DVD that was critical...call me paranoid.
