    I bought initial IDM 1731 last april, it works fine until last week I did the regional hacks on it. after code in 251535 and change the original region code, it can only play vcd, cd and mp3. The machine simply showed no disk or unknown format for those all-region DVD disks which it can play smoothly before. I set back the region to the default, still not work.
    frustrated.
    ask for help.

    I read somewhere that unplugging for a few hours resets the unit. Not sure, but worth a shot.
