Need a liitle help here. Recently I've used NeroVision Express to convert avi files into dvd video. However, on my standalone player the movie cannot be scanned/fastforwarded and I have to watch the video right from the start if I stop halfway.
The settings I used are:
NTSC Video
16:9
Long play (180 mins)
Also, my player is supposed to be multi-region. Is this a problem with my player or did something go wrong during encoding? Appreciate help.
PS: Not a topic related question but, how do you delete your own post? I've got 2 dead ones right now that I'll like to remove.

There's simply too much going on behind the scenes in this kind of "any video file in one end -> Video DVD out the other" applications to even take a guess at what might be wrong.
What happens if you try to FF?
Aren't there any chapter points?
If no, is there no way of telling NVE to add chapter points?

I didn't make chapters for it but its a good suggestion that I'll try from now onwards. When I try to FF nothing appears on the menu and the video doesn't move either. I remember converting another avi to dvd with similar settings except with 4:3 and extended play (360 mins) instead of 16:9 and long play(180 mins). FF was possible with such settings. Possible Nero bug?
