  1. i open a jpg and a wav file in tmpgenc and convert it so i can use it as a background in tmpg dvd author. the setting were

    DVD for NTSC (North America and Japan) (MPEG-2 720x480 29.97fps CQ 65, Layer-2 48000Hz 384kbps)

after i convert it i then open up tmp dvd author. open up the mpeg that i just created and use it as my bg. i then burn it and some part of the bg was cut off on my tv. how can i make it region safe. i then went back and try to find a solution but could not.

  2. I'm not sure how that programe works.

But maybe you can add a border to the Image then insert it into the menu and the only part that gets cut is the boder.

  3. In tmpgenc, select Clip Frame, Arrange setting, Center (Custom) and adjust as needed.
