    Ok heres the deal Hercules 3d prophet 4500 tv out I switch it to tv/monitor mode and the monitor goes out of frequency and the tv gets a scrolling black and white picture. I have tried reinstalling many versions of the drivers for the card and it doesn't do anything.

    Anybody have any clues?

    I don't no if your tv is Pal or NTSC. If your TV is MTSC then go to your vip card properties and switch to the right one. Other than that I don't know what it could be. Any other suggestions out there if that don't work?
