Just tried to make a back up of this disc with DVDdecrypter but keeps bombing out as soon as it starts on the main movie files. The reading / decoding speed dies away to nothing the retrys and then skip/ignore etc.
Tries as well with AnyDVD and Clone DVD and it wont even start with that.
DVDdecrypter version 3.5.0.1
Clone DVD2
Running XP
Disc runs fine in play mode in all my players and on PC.
Any ideas?
Thx

Try a forum search. This has been discussed to death, along with half a dozen other movies using the new protection scheme. Search is your friend - give it a go. One hint - try updating DVD Decrypter - you are a long way from current.

Many thx, looks like the updated DVDdecrypter works fine now just seems a bit slower but i guess that's the new protection.
I should have tried this first, sometimes things have to break b4 you want to fix them, lol.
Is this new protection affecting and older stand alone dvd players?
Thx again very much.
And yes search works well.

i don't think people know how to read anymore.
i can't remember the last time i started a new post, but i am sure that the instructions are clear, that you should exhaustively use the search features before making a post.
hmmmSome people are only alive because it may be illegal to kill them
