    I recently switched to making VCD 1.1 discs after discovering that chapter navigation works correctly and it enables the time display on my DVD player. Since I don't generally go through the effort to build menus it's working better for me than VCD2.0.

    Is anyone else using this format?

    What are the softwares you use to capture, convert and burn to VCD 1.1?
    I'd like to discuss how did you created it...

    I capture with VirtualDub or AVI_IO, convert with tmpgenc, author and burn with TSCV and VCDImager. If I use virtualdub, the entire process is done with freeware.
