I love the easy human interface the Pinnacle has. It is great for quick and dirty editing. Unfortunately older versions of Pinnacle 8 and 9 had a built in crash timer that caused a program crash every few minutes. I recently upgraded to 9.3 and installed their most recent patch. Much to my surprise the program is now stable. The upgrade is well worth the money.
