RC3 doesnt start

After Installation of svcd2dvd 2.0 rc 3 i get the following error:

Part of the error is in german,so roughly translated to english: "absolute path informations are necessary"

i read the other postings but i have a clean fresh install and dont have rc1 settings left in my registry. The values are all not set.

Any ideas?
