That's essentially what those guides tell you to do - extract the MPEG out of the VCD using VCDGear or ISOBuster (which is like copying the file to your hard drive, but it strips out all the VCD stuff out of the file). Then you need to resample the audio to 48Khz, and luckily TDA and a few other programs do that for you without you having to do it yourself.Originally Posted by robnytIf in doubt, Google it.
