My DVDs have the wrong ratio!!!!! Resize DVD?!

hi,
i have 4 DVDs, they all consist of 3 different movies. (its six feet under ;o) ). they all work fine on my stand alone dvd player
The problem is that on every dvd there is only one movie in the correct size (16:9 with black borders), the other 2 movies are 4:3 and so they are stretched.
I would like to convert these 2 movies back to 16:9, so that they look normal. But i do not know how to do it.
I would be really really glad if someone could help me.

ReStream allows you to change the aspect ratio flag without re-encoding.
