    Saemin,

we all get "Permission Denied" message.

You need to go to your "Edit Settings" and change
    option to "Public"

I see the same thing with my Radeon VIVO but only when I bring up the capture window with no input. The lines don't appear when I have an active source on the inputs and I don't see any evidence that it is affecting the quality of my captures. Can you see the lines when you are actualy capping video and do they appear in the recorded video?

    Saemin,

If it really IS your card, then you need to bring it back for an exchange.
Else, if you bought it months ago, and am only just starting to use it,
    well, you're out of luck!

But, I suspect you have something else going on in your driver/connection
    issue.

This may be a driver issue in your case, IF you are NOT seeing ANY video
in your window. Are you getting ANY video? or just this black screen with
    white bar at top?

And, of course, you pluged your vcr/hvs/dvd/cable output line to your
Fury's (yellow) Video in (at top of card) ???. . .
and selected the Video source in your Video in's settings, . . .usually
there a ( ) with an image, and every time you click it, it changes to
something different according to your Video source, ie, SVideo/Composite/
    or TV

Try above, and if all else fails, you need to also re-check your driver
and Direct X version/installation settup. Keep installing till you have the
    proper order of intallation nailed!
